If you are unavailable to be in town to sign the lease, the lease may be signed in the presence of a notary. Please return the notarized lease by mail and then we will sign it and email you back a copy.

Please, email a scanned copy of the lease to Rent@LiveOakRentals.com. It is recommended for me to look over the scanned copy before you mail the original so it can verified that everything has been signed and initialed in the correct location.

• Notarized lease
• ACH authorization
• Voided check

Once we receive the notarized lease in the mail, we will sign it, and email a scanned copy back to you. At lease signing, we will draft the security deposit and initial monies due included in the Transaction Listing.
