The residence should be left as clean and empty as when you moved in. Cleaning issues are not considered normal wear and tear and resident(s) are responsible for any additional cleaning costs.

All rooms

• Remove trash and personal items
• Walls – remove any wall hangings; we will patch holes and paint
• Baseboards – wipe down baseboards
• Windows – remove any window treatments & hardware
• Blinds – please dust blinds
• Floors – sweep and mop hardwood floor

Kitchen

• Refrigerator – clean out refrigerator and freezer & turn off ice-maker
• Oven/Stove – use self-clean cycle, wipe down inside of oven and clean stove-top
• Microwave – clean inside and outside
• Sink – clean and wipe down sink and faucet
• Cabinets – remove all items from cabinets & wipe down

Bathroom

• Tub & shower – clean shower walls, tub, and faucet
• Toilet – clean inside and out
• Sink – clean and wipe down sink and faucet
• Medicine cabinet – clean inside and out
• Floors – sweep and mop tile floor
